Two more weeks and I'll have Beer!!
This is 1 oz of Centennial per 4.5 Gallons.
I've read that Dry Hopping for 2 Weeks might lead to grassy off flavors. We'll see.

My Improved Bottle Filler
I have a 1/2" Bottle Filler
"Gravity fed tip begins the liquid flowing when pressed against the bottom of the bottle. Fill the bottle all the way to the top, and remove the bottle filler."
As is, leaves too much head space for a 12 oz bottle. Take a coffee stirrer/straw, heat one end with a match (very slightly) and place it over the drop trigger. You now have to be extra extra careful not to hit the straw on the sides of the bottle. I haven't used it for real yet, but my test bottling went great. I think it evens look ok.
