Batch 3 Bottled

I bottled straight from the primary after 3 weeks. One bucket finished bubbling at 5 days. The second finished in 11. Sure sign of underpitched yeast, so I have an accidental experiment and will get to judge how they compare.

Batch #3 Stuck Fermentation

The basement closet, where I have the fermentation buckets, was sub-60 degrees.  There was no activity after 10 hours so I had to use a portable radiator to heat the room up.  It's bubbling away now.
