Batch #6 AltBier


Northern German AltBier
(10 gallons, all-grain)

Ingredients
20 lbs.  2-row pale malt
4 lbs. CaraVienne malt
2 lbs. CaraRed 
1 lbs. Smoked Malt
3 lbs. Amber LME (only used first runnings)

4 oz. Crystal hops (60 mins) 
2 oz. Hallertauer hops (2 min)

Wyeast 1007 German Ale

Chilies added to 1 5 gallon secondary carboy:
2 seeded Habenaro
4 Jalepeno
4 hatch
